Japanese Ryuichi Murai opens a new 8c + Boulder: United

The boulder world is richer by a new ultra-heavy boulder: United. The seated version of Boulders Decided on Mount Mizugaki was first installed by Ryuichi Murai a few days ago.

Ryuichi United calls its "Nemesis" project. He worked for an unusually long time on the seated start version of the Boulder Decided in his home country Japan, The new Boulder is a combination of two 8b + rated sections, which the young Japanese was able to put together a few days ago after a long project. As a rating Ryuichi 8c + indicates.

“Everything was perfect. The temperature, the friction and the ascent were ideal - apart from the wobbly exit. The first ascent of Decided marks a new level in my climbing career! "
