Recall: LVS Neo BT Pro from Arva

Arva Equipment calls on owners of the Neo BT Pro to stop using it immediately and return the device to the manufacturer.

Recently, an isolated issue has been identified on some NEO BT PRO devices. This bug can cause abnormally high battery consumption, which in some cases causes a reboot and disables the transmit and search modes.

To ensure safety, Arva has decided to recall all NEO BT PRO devices for testing. If necessary, your device will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Technical details of the problem

The error is caused by a defective electronic component on the electronic board. The error can also occur after several months of use. According to Arva, only the Neo BT Pro model is affected.

Details about the return process can be found on the manufacturer’s website.
