How a pioneering project created a bouldering chain with five branches

The first bouldering world opened as a pioneer project in July 2010 in Munich. The idea of bouldering world owners to establish bouldering as an independent sport and to make it accessible to a broad target group became reality. Today, bouldering is one of the most popular trend sports. Over the years, more bouldering halls under the Boulderwelt brand in Regensburg, Frankfurt am Main, Munich West and Dortmund were added. With inexhaustible enthusiasm, the owner-managed company is the only private provider with five bouldering halls in Germany pursuing the goal of further promoting bouldering at all levels. 2020 will boulder, along with the disciplines Lead and Speed, for the first time as a discipline at the Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
