Giuliano Cameroni and Nalle Hukkataival open a new dream line in the boulder area of Ticino Brione: Casavino (8b +).
Neither of them come out to rave about: “This boulder deserves all the stars”, so the Finn's conclusion Nalle Hukkataival after committing the new line. Giuliano adds: “Climbs like a dream!” We are talking about their most recent first ascent with the name Casavino (8b +) in the bouldering area Brione in Ticino, Switzerland. The block is below the known line Marilyn Monroe (8a) in the main sector.
Second first inspection within two weeks
The two are currently moving from bouldering area to bouldering area, leaving a heavy new run at the other. About two weeks ago we met the two at Teufelsstein in Göschenen. A few days later, they both made a first visit to the 13 meter high boulder. The new creation is called the two Deal with the Devil and rate them as tough 8b. For the recent visit to Brione bouldered Giuliano and Nalle at night, because the temperatures in Ticino are already very high during the daytime. Last week, the thermometer already rose to 27 degrees.
