Jonas Winter climbs the 8c boulder Power of Now in Magic Wood

The German climber Jonas Winter gets the first repetition of the spectacular boulder Power of Now (8c) in the Swiss bouldering area Magic Wood.

Left before Corona Jonah Winter with the ascent of the Bavona classic Off the Wagon and the two first ascents Enkidu and La Peregrina hear from yourself. In the months that followed, Jonas was mostly in his home country on the blocks and routes until he returned to Switzerland, more precisely to the Magic Wood returned.

After seeing the video of the first ascent of Power of Now (8c) by Giuliano Cameroni, I knew immediately that I would soon have to go to Averstal.

Said and done. Three months after the first ascent through the Ticino Giuliano Cameroni Jonas Winter secures the second ascent of the dynamic boulder power of now (8c) in Magic Wood. A few days later he then announces with Casavino (8b +) and Kubalík (8b) two more difficult ascents - this time on the Ticino Gneiss.
