Swiss national team in quarantine

A few days ago we reported that the continuation of the World Cup in Salt Lake City is on shaky legs. The reason for this was a participant who tested positive. A member of the Swiss national team was affected.

On May 24, 2021, before the start of the first competitions in Salt Lake City, all athletes, supervisors and officials had to take a corona test. One athlete tested positive. The Swiss national team, which has been in strict quarantine since then, is affected.

Petra Klingler can take part in the other competitions

The 29-year-old Petra Klingler is an exception. She is the only one on the Swiss team who is fully vaccinated and can therefore take part in the other competitions in Salt Lake City.
