A climbing harness for all mountain sports? The Adjama and Luna W all-round climbing harnesses from Petzl are close at hand, although the egg-laying woolly milk pig does not exist. They are suitable for indoor sport climbing as well as for classic mountaineering.

Those who do not specifically pursue a certain sport in the mountains and can limit themselves to one type of equipment will quickly find themselves in the situation of buying their own equipment for each activity. The super-light touring harness is hardly suitable for climbing, as it was not developed for sitting inside.
Conversely, a pure climbing harness is too bulky for long glacier ascents. And anyway: the thick weatherproof pants probably won't even fit through its narrow leg loops.

The two all-round climbing harnesses have been part of Petzl's repertoire for years and have been continuously developed. The current version impresses with a balanced mix of comfortable fit, light weight and practical adjustment options.
For example, the leg loops can be adjusted and the back two of the four equipment loops are flexible so that the belt can be carried with a backpack.
Anyone who likes to climb indoors for training during the week and spend the weekend outside in the climbing garden in order to set off on a glaciated alpine tour the next day will do well with the adjama respectively that Luna W find a companion who cuts a good figure in all activities.
