Climbing route Akira - Uncut Video now online

Akira is one of the most controversial climbing routes in the world. Seb Bouin repeated the route 25 years after the first ascent. The full-length video of the ascent is available here.

For 25 years, numerous climbers have bitten each other on the route Akira from Fred Rouhling teeth out. The Frenchman Fred Rouhling got the first ascent of the route in 1995 and rated it 9b. He received a lot of criticism for the rating and was ostracized by the climbing scene (more on this in these articles).

Akira was repeated for the first time in November 2020 Seb Bouin. The following video shows his ascent in full length.
