The third Lead World Cup of the 2021 season ended yesterday evening in Chamonix, France, where the Italian Laura Rogora and the American Sean Bailey took first place in the women's and men's finals.

The IFSC Lead World Cup will take place in Chamonix, France, from July 12th to 13th, 2021. The competition program and the live broadcast can be found here.

The competition weekend, which was characterized by changing weather, rain and moisture, ended with the IFSC World Cup in Villars with two exciting lead finals. The representatives of Team USA, Sean Bailey and Colin Duffy, took two podium places in the men (1st and 3rd place).

After competitions in Meiringen, Salt Lake City and Innsbruck, the best sport climbers in the world will meet from July 1st to 3rd, 2021 in Villars-sur-Ollon and compete in a lead and speed world cup. All information and the live streams of the competitions are available here.

The Swiss junior Zoé Egli climbed to second place in the lead discipline at the European Youth Cup in Ostermundigen. With Liv Egli, Joëlle Niederberger, Jonas Utelli, Noé Looser and Jil Couture, five other young Swiss athletes made it to the finals on Sunday.

The British professional climber Shauna Coxsey will no longer take part in competitions after the Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
