These simple exercises improve your body tension for climbing

In this video, Esther Smith and American professional climber Claire Buhrfeind show you five simple exercises to strengthen your body tension.

In addition to a good dose of finger power, good technique and mental strength, the body tension during climbing is of central importance. If you have a solid portion of body tension, you'll be more power-hungry, less sluggish on steep passages, and reap the benefits of the strengthened hull on numerous moves. The following video shows you five exercises that you can do on a mat.
