Explosive and Effective - Double Dyno Loaded

Once again, Christoph Völker from taget10a presents you a campusboard exercise that will allow you to effectively train your explosive power: The Double Dyno Loaded.

A guest post by Christoph Völker from target10a.com

For the execution of this exercise on Campus Board Start with both hands on the same bar. The launch bar may not be the bottom bar of your campus board. Then you jump one bar at a time with both hands and then immediately two bars higher. Once there you jump again a bar lower to the start bar.

Design

Try to do two to four sets in a row if possible. In between, you take about two minutes break. Optionally, you can also do the row in the opposite direction. If the exercise becomes too easy, you can easily do exercise on smaller bars.

Effect

With the Campusboard exercise you train your coordination and explosive power.
