During bouldering excursions in the Silvapark/Galtür area, an increasing number of visitors have recently been using the popular parking space at the Ballunspitzbahn valley station. New rules for campers, mobile homes, and other vehicles are now in effect there.

Registration for overnight stay becomes mandatory
Anyone wishing to stay overnight at the pitch will now have to check in on-site using the QR code – this ensures that there aren't too many visitors on site. Payment is accepted online and by card; pitch reservations are not possible.
The fee for an overnight stay is €10 per pitch and vehicle and is valid for 24 hours. Local or visitor's tax is added, and a surcharge of €2 applies for a single overnight stay. Upon registration on site, visitors receive a digital guest card, which allows them to use the hiking bus free of charge.
Day visitors can still use the parking meter, which offers five- or 5-hour parking (for €12 or €5, respectively). There are no changes for annual pass holders either.
The most important rules at a glance
- The maximum length of stay is 6 days if fees are paid.
- Registration takes place on site via QR code. It is not possible to reserve a parking space.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash and animal excrement must be picked up and disposed of immediately.
- Drinking water is available in the toilet area directly at the valley station of the Ballunspitzbahn.

- Wastewater and faecal disposal takes place exclusively at the toilets at the valley station.
- Open fires are prohibited in the entire area of ​​the campsite, especially in the area of ​​the valley station.
More and more bouldering areas are being overrun
