The mountain film festival Mountains on Stage returns to the stage in April and May with its summer edition, performing in 22 countries and more than 250 cities. The German-language tour starts on April 23, 2024, in Augsburg and stops in 20 cities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Four gripping films featuring inspiring stories and personalities from the worlds of climbing, bouldering, mountaineering, and kayaking are on the program for this year's Mountains on Stage mountain film festival. The following films guarantee an unforgettable evening.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION COMPETITION
These General Terms and Conditions of Participation apply to all competitions conducted by Bergfreunde GmbH or its legally affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "Bergfreunde GmbH") on the websites operated by them, which refer to these terms and conditions. Any additional terms and conditions for individual competitions take precedence over these terms and conditions.
1.1 START AND END OF THE COMPETITION
The competition starts on April 13.04.2025, 19.04.2025 and ends on April 23, 55 at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.
Bergfreunde GmbH reserves the right to exchange the announced prizes, change the game process, or cancel the competition entirely in the event of a change in the legal situation or case law, or due to a court order. In these cases, winners already determined will have no claims against Bergfreunde GmbH.
1.2 ORGANIZER OF THE COMPETITION
The organizer of the competition is Bergfreunde GmbH.
1.3 PERSONS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE
All natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are eligible to participate. Each participant may only participate in their own name. Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties. Employees of Bergfreunde GmbH, Lacrux Medien GmbH, and their relatives are excluded. Furthermore, persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation are excluded. In these cases, prizes may be revoked and reclaimed retroactively.
1.4 PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
Participation in the competition is by registering via our competition entry form, available on our website www.lacrux.com. To participate in the competition, all information provided must be true. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
1.5 DETERMINATION OF THE WINNERS
Two winners per country (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) will be randomly selected from all participants on April 21.04.2025, 2 and contacted by email.
The winner is obligated to notify Bergfreunde GmbH within four working days of receiving the notification in the form described therein (timely dispatch is sufficient) whether they accept the prize. If these deadlines are not met, the participant is no longer entitled to the prize. In this case, Bergfreunde GmbH is entitled to select a new winner and award the prize to someone else. Claims for compensation by the initially drawn winner against Bergfreunde GmbH are excluded. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. Legal recourse is excluded.
1.6 PRICES
The winner will receive two free tickets to a Mountain Film Festival screening at a venue of their choice. Possible dates and locations can be found at https://www.mountainsonstage.com/dates-and-tickets.
The prizes are limited to the published specifications. All other services, such as equipment required to use the prizes awarded or, in the case of a specified travel prize, any equipment the winner may need for the trip or travel necessary to reach the departure point or any costs incurred during the trip that are not listed as part of the prize according to the prize definition, are not included, unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms and conditions. Accordingly, in the event of a win (especially for trips), the entrant declares that any costs, expenses and other services not advertised as a prize or as included in the prize will be borne by them. Furthermore, the organizer assumes no liability for damages caused by the entrant and is indemnified by the entrant against all claims from third parties.
1.7 RIGHTS OF USE, INDEMNITY FROM LIABILITY BY THE PARTICIPANT
By submitting/uploading photos, participants confirm that they own all rights to the submitted photos and their content, which authorize them to publish the photos. Furthermore, they confirm that the uploaded photos are free of third-party rights, that the depiction or representation of individuals does not violate any personal rights, and that the uploaded image is their own. If one or more individuals are recognizably depicted in a photo, the respective individuals must consent to the photo being published. Each participant grants Bergfreunde GmbH a simple, transferable, and otherwise royalty-free right to use these materials in terms of time, location, and content within the scope of the competition.
The participant undertakes to provide the relevant consent forms, if necessary, in writing. Should third parties nevertheless assert claims for violation of their rights, the participant indemnifies Bergfreunde GmbH from all claims. The participant will not provide or upload any criminal, discriminatory, harmful to minors, pornographic, racist, and/or otherwise extremist content and also indemnifies Bergfreunde GmbH from any third-party claims in this regard.
Bergfreunde GmbH reserves the right to make audio, video, and/or film recordings (hereinafter "recordings") of participants during events/trips related to the competition, possibly including their first and last names, in order to reproduce, distribute, and/or make these contents publicly available for advertising purposes on the internet, in published print and online catalogs, postcards, flyers, on radio channels, and other internet and print media. The use and distribution of the recordings is subject to a separate written agreement concluded with the participant prior to the event.
1.8. DATA PROTECTION
When participating in the competition, personal data such as last name, first name, email address, and telephone number will be requested. Participants' address details will be requested directly from the winners and used solely to send the prize. All personal data will be processed by Bergfreunde GmbH in accordance with this privacy policy and any additional consent provided by participants. 1.9. OS PLATFORM
Pursuant to Directive 2013/11/EU, the EU Commission is establishing an internet platform for online dispute resolution ("ODR platform") between businesses and consumers.
