Patxi Usobiaga climbs Seta Total (9a)

Patxi Usobiaga is definitely climbing as hard again with the Seta Total (9a) route as before his car accident. Until the serious accident in 2011, Patxi Usobiaga was one of the top climbers in the world. During his injury-related break, Patxi began coaching other climbers. For example Chris Sharma and Adam Ondra.

Climbing break after car accident

In 2007, the Basque training machine Patxi Usobiaga was the first to climb an 8c + onsight. Patxi ticked off major routes such as La Rambla (Siurana), Biographie (Ceüse) or Action directe (Frankenjura) years ago. After a serious car accident in 2011, Patxi had to put his climbing career on ice for a few years.

Back on the rock in old freshness

For about two years you can hear from him again. Not only because of it Coaching Business for Adam Ondra and Chris Sharma. Also, because he climbs hard again. So for example the route Seta Total (9a) in Cuenca, Spain. Good entertainment.
