Mejdi Schalck's biggest project filmed | Video

In October 2024, Frenchman Mejdi Schalck successfully climbed one of the world's most difficult deep water solo routes: Es Pontas. This entertaining and high-quality video tells the story of his ascent.

The spectacular route Es Pontas at Mallorca was founded in 2006 by Deep Water Pioneer and climbing legend Chris Sharma first ascent. Since then, only a few climbers have managed to free climb this line, which is known for its wide, dynamic move at considerable height.
