Film tip: Watch Reel Rock Episode DNA with Seb Bouin for free

With DNA, Seb Bouin launched the world's second 9c route. Reel Rock accompanied the strong Frenchman during the creation of this mega line. The 25-minute documentary is now freely available online.

DNA. These are just three harmless letters, but they stand for one of the hardest climbing routes in the world. Maybe DNA is even the next 9c? At least that's the level of difficulty Sébastien Bouin evaluated his new route in the Verdon Gorge in southern France.

The Reel Rock Episode DNA is available for free on Red Bull TV.

The French climber first climbed it in April 2022, but because no one has yet managed to repeat the route, his rating has not yet been confirmed. However, everyone agrees: DNA is futuristic, absurd and absolutely next level. You can see this for yourself in the reel rock film DNA of the same name and experience Seb Bouin's first ascent up close.
