Jimmy Webb manages first ascent of Highball Boulder The Healing (8b +) in the Rocklands

The South African bouldering area Rocklands has become richer by a dream boulder: Jimmy Webb opens with The Healing (8b +) a new, high and beautiful line.

It was the main goal of his South Africa trip this year to commit the line he first saw four years ago. The Healing is just under eight meters high and 45 degrees overhanging line with very few handles.

"Four years ago I could imagine climbing the line with strength, but I didn't have the courage to do the highball."

This season came Jimmy Webb with a decent dose of motivation and a good team back and secured the first ascent of The Healing (8b +).
