Philipp Gassner climbs Action Directe (9a) - video

On April 24, 2021, Philipp Gassner climbed the legendary 9a route Action Directe. This video shows his ascent.

The 20-year-old climber from Bad Tölz is one of the strongest young climbers in Germany - and recently demonstrated this again. He scored the Frankenjura classic Action Directe (9a).

Actually wanted to Philip had been climbing the route for a long time, but he only climbed the route sporadically. But this spring he wanted Action Directe seriously project. After just four days of the current season, he cracked the route and expanded the long list of climbers (Melissa Le Nevé).
