What happens when the greatest soloist of all time and one of the strongest crack climbers of his generation team up for a weekend in Yosemite Valley? That's right, it's going to be hard climbing.
On a weekend in May, Connor Herson and Alex Honnold for climbing in Yosemite Valley. This was no coincidence: Connor had just finished his exams at Stanford University, and Alex, an Oscar winner and new father of two, found a rare break in his busy daily life.
The production team followed the two through the valley for two days. They not only captured lots of funny moments, but also Connor Herson's second ascent of New Leaf (8b) - a new trad test piece by Eric Bissell.
