Interim report of the World Cup qualification in Meiringen

The World Cup season started this morning at the Haslital Mountain Festival in Meiringen. A great atmosphere, a large audience and great performances are the first interim conclusion of the first competition of the 2017 season.

115 athletes from 35 different nations fought this morning at the first Boulder World Cup of the season in Meiringen to make it to tomorrow's semi-finals. The Japanese Kokoro Fujii made the most tops in the men's qualification with the fewest attempts. Unfortunately, none of the men among the Swiss athletes could use the home advantage and qualify for the semi-finals. Jan Hojer and David Firnenburg secured the semi-finals for Germany. Unfortunately, the Austrians also received nothing. The women’s qualification runs until 20.00 p.m.
