Alexander Huber climbs 150-meter rock pinnacle at Cala Goloritzé free solo

The German professional climber and alpinist Alexander Huber climbed the Aguglia Goloritzé free solo in mid-October. The iconic, almost 150 meter high rock needle is located on the east coast of Sardinia.

As part of filming for the TV format Bergwelten Alexander Huber In October I climbed the Aguglia Goloritzé on the Sardinian Gulf of Orosei rope-free. As a route he chose the 6b+ line Easy Gymnopedie by Enzo Lecis from 2003.

Not necessarily a sporting highlight, but from an aesthetic point of view the Goloritze is simply unique.
