"Everything was aligned in such a way that it was a magical moment: it's my first 9a+, the route suits me perfectly and is in an incredible wall that already has a special place in my heart. And on top of that here in Valais, at home. I still can not believe it!"

Hyper Final: Fast and unexpected

Hyper Final (9a+) is right next to the famous one La Cabane du Canada and is almost 40 meters long. It leads through an impressive overhang and is peppered with tricky boulders. One of them, a crusade around the 8A+/B, is a few meters before the deflector. Although there is a rest point beforehand, you already have 35 meters 9a in your arms.

"I climbed the route very quickly," says Dylan Chuat, who had no intention of assembling the individual sequences of the route that day. But somehow everything just seemed to fit perfectly that day.

"Thank you Rawyl for always letting me experience such unforgettable moments - both successes and failures."
