Michaela Kiersch briefly ticks two 8c's

Michaela Kiersch climbed two 8c routes in the Red River Gorge a few days ago.

At least since the first female ascent of "The Golden Ticket" (LACRUX reported) is the name of the young American woman known to a wider audience. About ten days ago, Michaela again took the seven-hour drive to Kentucky and climbed two 8c endurance routes in just two days. On the first day she picked up the classic Southern Smoke in the Bob Marley Crag sector, the first route in the specified degree and the next day the route ticks in just four attempts 50 Words for Pump.

? Feels surreal to be back in school after such an awesome weekend down at the Red River Gorge. This is my last week of class before SCS Nationals on Friday and I can't wait!
