This is how Ghisolfi and Ondra train for their 9c projects

The top of the world elite is currently staying in Flatanger. Among them Ghisolfi and Ondra. But how do you keep fit? How do Ghisolfi and Ondra train for their 9c projects? This video provides insight.

If you only mess around with the key points of your project day after day, you will become weaker overall. It is therefore all the more important to schedule regular training sessions. Back then, Adam Ondra's team built a climbing wall in a barn near the climbing area so that Ondra could keep fit while designing Silence. Ondra is now using this wall again together with Stefano Ghisolfi for their current projects. This video shows how the two train on the wall.
