A documentary provides insights into Erin’s climbing career «McBeast» McNeice – from the beginnings of the British all-round athlete to her Olympic debut in Paris.
Better than Erin McNeice It's hard to get the competition season underway: The young Brit won her first gold medals at the first two lead events in Wujiang and Bali, and she took bronze at the first Bouldering World Cup in 2025 in Keqiao. In the spring, McNeice also won double gold at the British Nationals in bouldering and lead.
McNeice, who has been climbing since the age of five and grew up in Malaysia for a time, looks to be entering this season in her best form yet. The 21-year-old from Kent only burst onto the international scene a few years ago, winning the British national title in 2022 and 2023. Lead won.
In 2024, McNeice finally qualified for the Olympic Games in Paris, where he finished 5th in the combined format.
Winning gold in bouldering and lead is a huge life goal of mine.
