Concentrated girl power and training tips from Erin McNeice and Jana Svecova

They couldn't be more different: competitive climber Erin McNeice and outdoor boulderer Jana Svecova. Lattice Training accompanied the two during their training.

Erin McNeice celebrated her Olympic debut at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris and finished fifth in the final. While NcNeice follows a very structured training with a focus on speed and coordination, Jane Svecova on finger strength, static movement sequences and strength endurance.
