The Czech professional climber Adam Ondra returned to the competition circuit at the beginning of June at the IFSC World Cup in Prague. His debut could hardly have gone better. He wins silver in front of a home crowd and competes in what he will remember as one of the most intense of his career.
Adam Ondra is still considered the climber par excellence, but the competition does not sleep, especially in the competition area. Numerous strong youngsters who grew up with the dynamic competition style are pushing to the top. Even a seasoned Adam Ondra has to dig deep into his bag of tricks to be able to have a say about the podium. At the Bouldering World Cup in Prague, he managed a tailor-made competition. A competitive experience that he himself describes as one of the best of his career and that the following video could not express better.
