9A boulder: Video of The Big Slamm now online | Elias Iagnemma

At the beginning of the year, Elias Iagnemma climbed the boulder The Big Slamm (9A) in Tintorale, Abruzzo. In this video, Iagnemma shows his ascent and explains the individual passages of the boulder.

For the first time we had the Italian on our radar Elias Iagnemmawhen he climbed the 2018C boulder in 8 Cryptos im Balsthal Since then, several years have passed and Iagnemma has found his way into other climbing magazines, thanks to ascents by Dreamtime or of course Burden of Dreams.

Iagnemma has proven with Burden of Dreams that he 9A bouldering and so he had the courage to project his own new and extremely difficult route. At the beginning of the year he created the boulder, which he rated 9A The Big Slam. You can find out more about the boulder in the following video.

Since the fatal climbing accident on Kalymnos in the spring, route refurbishment on the Greek island has accelerated. According to the local initiative Rebolt Kalymnos, 383 routes have been completely re-equipped – with titanium instead of stainless steel.
