Screw it on properly to hold the small scratchy bar and that's it: you get a crack in your finger. Climbing on is not an option. If you don't want to let it slow you down, you have to tap your finger. Sports doctor Volker Schöffl shows how to do this in this tutorial.
Most of them have already got a crack in their finger while climbing, which is often called a "cut" from the English. If this happens at the beginning of the climbing day or stay, you don't want to miss out on climbing for the rest of the time. In order to be able to climb again, you have to do the following.
- Stop bleeding
- Disinfect
- Apply tape according to video instructions
We recommend that to you as tape Leukotape Classic.
