Adam Ondra climbs the heaviest route in the world with Silence (9c)

Adam Ondra today has his long-term project (Project Hard), the route Silence (9c) climbed, writing climbing history. It is the heaviest route in the world.

On Saturday 2. September 2017 told Adam that he had tried the route for the first time Project Hard (9c) to climb in one piece and was damn close to the ascent. On Sunday at 18 pm he published a video in which he smiled mischievously and said: “I'm just really, really happy!” Adam explains in the video why he is so very happy. He only lets everyone guess why he is so overjoyed. The case was clear, but not yet established.

Everyone had to wait another 27 minutes until the 24-year-old let the cat out of the bag and announced: “Felt like another ordinary day on the project. It was hot, but the air was crystal clear and dry. I felt very little pressure and lot of psyche. Key ingredients for sending the world's first 9c. Project Hard is not a project any more. "
