In Beta's latest show on Actiontalk TV, we feature a full load of interviews. We get to know Will Bosi better and learn from Sasha DiGiulian and Anak Verhoeven how they were able to take something positive out of their injury break.

In the twenty-second edition of BETA, we had three exclusive talks. We speak to Anak Verhoeven about her injury, which almost meant the end of her career, learn about the shooting star Will Bosi get to know and taste the new energy bar from the American professional climber Sasha DiGiulian. She treads with that send bar new ways as an entrepreneur, the idea came to her during rehabilitation after her hip operation.

finger injury?

Sooner or later, most climbers will get injured fingers. They are particularly stressed when climbing. Most of the time, the medical advice is: take a break from climbing, and in the best case, carefully apply static loads.

One thing that works wonders is cold therapy and massaging the affected finger. The latter can be done wonderfully with a so-called Finger massage ring accomplish. Once you've had a ring like this, you're not going to give it up that easily.
