This is how you train blocking power and strength endurance on the campus board

The following exercise for the campus board will give you the necessary blocking strength and endurance for your open projects. Christoph Völker from target10a introduces you to the exercise.

A guest post by Christoph Völker from target10a.com

Pumping hand is an exercise for the campus board. With the lower hand you hold the same bar all the time, while with the upper hand you repeatedly snap between two bars back and forth. From time to time, for example with every snapper, you go for a change once a bar deeper, then again on the two upper bars to make.

This is how you perform the exercise

Try two to three sets, one set containing the left and right sides. The number of repetitions per set is between 18 and 30. A repetition means grabbing from one bar to another. At about every sixth snap, as mentioned earlier, you'll go one bar lower for a change (see video). Instead of counting, you could do the exercise with the stopwatch.

Between sets, you should take about two minutes break. The last size depends on your performance level.

If she is too strong, you are too weak

If the exercise is too hard for you, and your campus board has kick bars, you can use them.

This is how the exercise works

The exercise improves the blocking power of the lower hand and strength endurance of the upper hand. Pumping hand This is one of the rarer strength endurance exercises on the campus board.
