Adam Ondra builds a climbing wall in a sauna | Beyond Focus 4

In preparation for the Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Adam Ondra and his team built a sauna - with a climbing wall. No joke.

He spared no effort. Adam Ondra trained closely with a personal coach and traveled to Tokyo early on to get to know the competition location and to train in the bouldering halls of the Japanese capital.

At home, too, he pulled out all the stops, as the following video shows. In order to simulate the summer heat of Tokyo and thus the conditions at the competitions, Adam Ondra and his team built a sauna with a climbing wall. Crazy.
