In the latest episode of his video series, Magnus Midtbo presents a standardized test with which you can record your current condition.

With the test of the two climbing trainers Stian Christophersen and Martin Mobaten you can determine where you stand in terms of climbing technology. Getting tested finger force, Pull-up strength, body tension and slope strength and a total number of points calculated from the individual tests.

Achieved according to the two trainers Adam Ondra probably 34 points (out of a maximum of 40). How many points do you get?
