The right finger training will take your climbing to the next level. It makes your fingers more resilient. With stronger fingers you hold on to smaller grooves and projections - you can practice this with various training and hang boards. The following two models have the advantage that you can easily carry them in your pocket and warm up your fingers or train your grip strength anywhere.

The triangular

Small but mighty, the YY Vertical Triangle is a good fit. The triangular hangboard offers four different grip positions, giving you a complete and progressive workout. Simply twist to switch grips.

The Triangle is made from recycled rubber wood and weighs only 130g. It accompanies you inconspicuously in your luggage on all your adventures indoors and outdoors. Whether you're warming up or training - with its soft surface, the Triangle offers a comfortable grip and is kind to the skin at the same time.

The various training boards are useful utensils for everyone who likes to be on the go and want to warm up in a controlled manner or specifically train their dexterity.

Small, smaller, mono

You can simply hang this feather-light, little helper on your bunch of keys and stretch out your fingers with it at the next opportunity. The YY Vertical Mono is specially designed for training.

The Mono makes your fingers fit for all types of grips and you can use it with a rubber band, a weight or just your body weight.
